Not even two or three minutes went by and now four apps I DID NOT install were sitting there in Launchpad. Words cannot express how furious I was to see this. And guess what? They were in the Applications folder, but they were in a invisible/hidden folder named Google Apps. Finally, I was able to latch on to a single thought that I should do a Spotlight search to find out where these apps were hiding. I could barely think straight as the chemicals in my brain were firing off in skewed proportions. ![]() From here on out I completely consider all Google software to be malware/spyware, especially because these apps were installed in an invisible/hidden folder named Google Apps in my Applications folder. Nonetheless, I do recall seeing Google Drive as one of the four. Lastly, I wish I could remember all of the names of Google apps that seemed to install themselves, but I was far to furious to think straight to remember. ![]()
